Visiting

  • You’ll be allocated an hour and a half for your booking; if you are looking to visit for longer to enjoy food or drinks from our menu, we would recommend confirming when arranging your visit
  • If you have a preferred visiting date, let us know in the order notes at check-out and we can confirm availability
  • If you’d like to retain your purchase for a future visit, you can call us when you have decided on your visiting date
  • If you’d like to check availability before purchase, please call us on 0115 9507776 to do so
  • Please mention at time of booking your Crafternoon of any dietary needs we may need to be aware of, so we can ensure there is delicious cake available to you
  • Bookings are available during our usual opening times, last reservation is 3pm on weekdays, 4pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday.

Gifting to a loved one? 

  • An e-voucher will be available to download once purchased that can be gifted to your recipient
  • They can arrange their visit via phone on 0115 9507776
  • Quoting your order number as their verification (order number is detailed on your confirmation email)
  • To be redeemed within 12 months
