Chef Craig Floate’s much anticipated return comes this new year. With a 5 course inspired Burn’s Night menu plus welcome drink served on arrival, you’re in for a divine evening of exquisite food.

Snack | Tattie scone, vegan black pudding, beetroot puree

To start | ‘Cullen Skink’ Traditional Scottish broth, smoked tofu, seaweed crackers, crisp sourdough

To follow | ‘Haggis, neeps & tatties Vegan haggis croquette, clapshot puree, pearl barley ragu, charred sprout tops

Pre dessert | Toasted Selkirk Bannock, whiskey ice cream

To finish | Coconut & maple cranachan, salted maple crunch, raspberry shortbread

Specially curated tipple menu will also be available on the night

Supperclub Cancellation Policy

Food, drink & staffing have been specially sourced to cater for this Supperclub event; please find below:

Craig Floate Supperclub Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by phone or email between 14 and 5 days prior to Supperclub will have the opportunity to transfer the spend to the next Craig Floate Suppercub or receive a gift voucher of the equivalent price redeemable at Debbie Bryan. If a refund is required, a 5% transaction fee will be retained.

Cancellations made by phone or email after 5pm on the Monday prior to Supperclub will result in 100% of the total amount paid being retained.
