Make Patterns with your Paintbrush during this collaborative workshop from Debbie Bryan and talented furniture restorer Ally Booker from Restoration Hut. You will take home two unique decorative pieces; a tray and complementing glass vessel.

Enjoy an exclusive lesson from Ally, who will teach you how to paint a beautiful pattern onto the provided sustainable solid wood tray, taking inspiration from Ally’s signature surface pattern design ideas and on trend colour palette.

You’ll also enjoy a candle making workshop from Debbie Bryan, with two firm favourite decorative techniques! Learn the art of glass painting with a focus on colour mixing and application. With a lesson in gilding too – a fantastic art form that adds a luxurious look to your glass vessel. All before turning your work of art into your own scented candle.

Your workshop fee includes all your materials, tea, coffee or cordial & cake plus lunch.

When making your booking, please select your paint colours for your tray for Ally to prepare prior to your workshop, choose from teal blue, blush pink or dark grey.

During your time with Restoration Hut‘s Ally Booker, she will share her industry knowhow to help you create your one-of-a-kind tray pattern, using the very best materials. Sustainably sourced wood has been used to create your tray base, with use of eco-paints in a curated colour palette including premium gold, silver and bronze metallic paints.

Visiting

As this is an all-day workshop, our fee includes all of your crafting materials, tea, coffee or cordial & cake plus lunch.

Because of this, you’re unlikely to have much if any time left over to enjoy additional food, drinks or craft from our menus, or tearoom.

However, we hope you enjoy the creative workshop and will come back to peruse another day!

If you’re booking a crafternoon with us, the length of your stay will depend on any extras you might be interested in, like our lovely cocktails (2h) or our classic afternoon tea (2.5h).

In this instance, we recommend confirming when arranging your visit to ensure your table is available past your allocated time slot.

To allow you this visiting time, our last booking slots are 2 (cocktails) or 3 (afternoon tea) hours before closure.
