Make a Silver Ring: Hand-carve your own unique design

Our Make a Silver Ring Workshop begins with an introduction from the Debbie Bryan team on sizing your ring and wax carving techniques, before you’ll be set on your way to creating your own unique design.

Learn how to plan your wax replica design with inspiration from our own jewellery collections viewing the very best in surface pattern design and creativity. You can also explore these collections online here. Available during your silver ring workshop will be a kit of essentials to create your desired shape and how to refine your ideas to create a successful design.

After your morning of creativity, Debbie Bryan will arrange for your ring to be precision cast using ethically sourced silver, by our industry expert who are based in the heart of Birmingham’s word famous Jewellery Quarter. Prior to leaving the workshop, we will train you on how to oxidise your silver ring and create further surface pattern definition through polishing when cast.

Your silver ring is will be ready for collection within 4-5 weeks. On collection, you can enjoy a pot of tea or coffee and a sweet treat from our tea room – as well as collecting your mini kit to oxidise your ring at home worth £15.
