Terms and Conditions: Delivery, returns & experiences


Debbie Bryan ship via Royal Mail using their tracking services which aims to arrive within 3-5 business days. Postage is completed during the galleries’ opening hours, if orders are placed during a day of closure, it will be posted at the earliest convenience.

Overseas deliveries are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Delivery estimates are variable.


Returns & refunds

Product returns

Debbie Bryan hope you love your purchase, however if you would like to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition in exchange for an alternative product or be issued a redeemable credit note.

Items returned via postage must be shipped within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to discuss.

If the product is damaged upon arrival or faulty, please notify us with proof of damage, we will exchange your purchase if eligible. Please contact us to discuss.

Postage and packaging fees are non-refundable.

Please note: earrings are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Product refunds

Bookings & Events

For any event or service purchased, all sales are final, refunds or exchanges are not applicable.

In the event one of our venues becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, flexibility will be made to accommodate your booking at a secondary address. 

Available as part of our booking system, we offer multiple creativity and hospitality packages, for the best possible experience, we recommend booking the same Crafternoon and hospitality options for your table.
If you and guests would like to experience different packages, we advise that you order no more than two different Crafternoon & hospitality options. 
Please contact us to request mixed Crafternoon and hospitality packages, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
This guidance is to ensure you have the best experience for your visit and that you and your guests are able to be participate in your creativity for your allocated time-slot, as we must consider the creative introductions and support we are able to provide during this timeframe. 
If you book multiple options prior to contacting us, and we, Debbie Bryan, feel these are not suitable and will impact on your experience and our capacity to host your booking, we reserve the right to make recommendations, alter or refuse your booking. In these cases, a discussion and outcome will be confirmed with you.


Debbie Bryan Gift vouchers

For any gift voucher purchased, all sales are final, refunds or exchanges are not applicable.

Gift vouchers are to be used on goods and services provided by Debbie Bryan. Debbie Bryan gift vouchers and credit notes cannot be used for delivery, shipping, events and activities where an external partner is providing the service. You will be required to settle payment for delivery, shipping and event fees separately to your gift voucher redemption.


Digital Gift Vouchers;

  • These gift vouchers are redeemable against online and in-store gallery collections.
  • Having filled out your recipients email address, once your order is complete they will receive an automated e-voucher with your name, message and gift voucher amount. Please ask your recipient to check their spam or junk folder if not received within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Your recipient will receive a 11-16 digital code to use online at check-out or in-store.
  • When using in-store, the Debbie Bryan team will request this digital code is seen to credit against details online.

Party Bookings

When contacting us to arrange an upcoming booking, prices may fluctuate from those stated online. This is considered by length of time between the date of enquiry and date of visit, as well as upcoming variables in cost of service and delivery.
