Terms and Conditions

For any event or service provided, all sales are final, refunds or exchanges are not applicable.

The below terms are applicable to Afternoon Tea, Creative Classes and Crafternoon purchases

  • Please state all allergies, food preferences and dietary requirements when placing your booking, so we may be able to accommodate your request. 
  • Debbie Bryan operates a challenge 21 policy please bring proof of age if your service includes alcohol.
  • In absence of your attendance without any prior notice, your booking is now redeemed and your cannot be rearranged.
  • E-vouchers are to be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

Afternoon Tea, in addition

  • Customer requested alterations may result in a sub-charge, this will be communicated with you.
  • Any menu alterations necessary for service made by Debbie Bryan will be communicated with you.

Afternoon Tea at Home, delivery

  • We are working with local car company, DG Cars for our ‘At Home’ delivery service.
  • We recommend ordering at least 24 hours prior to your preferred collection or delivery date to ensure your order is confirmed
  • You must add your delivery requirements to your order, as we will not be able to process your order otherwise
  • Include yours or a recipient’s delivery address in the text box provided
  • If you are ordering for multiple addresses, please add separate orders to your cart
  • You can receive delivery tracking details by phone when including your mobile number
For gift voucher purchases, all sales are final, refunds or exchanges are not applicable.
Debbie Bryan Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are to be used on goods and services provided by Debbie Bryan.

Unfortunately Debbie Bryan gift vouchers and credit notes cannot be used for delivery, shipping, events and actives where an external partner is providing the service.

You will be required to settle payment for delivery, shipping and event fees separately to your gift voucher redemption.

This includes, but is not limited to, services provided by: DG Cars, Watson Fothergill Walk, Little Ramen Shop and Big White Shed.

Downloadables*;

  • Once your order is complete, an e-voucher will be available to download to print/send to your recipient.
  • Gift voucher codes are your order numbers stated on your confirmation email. Please make note of this for your recipient as this will be requested.
  • Your recipients’ gift voucher value must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date, this can however be used for multiple purchases, where value permits, and will be credited as used.
  • Your downloadable gift voucher is available for one download per purchase. Your download link will expire after one day.

Experiences**;

  • Once your order is complete, an e-voucher will be available to download to print/send to your recipient.
  • To be redeemed against 2021 experience.
  • Redeem your gift voucher by calling, emailing or visiting in-store.
  • Your downloadable gift voucher is available for one download per purchase. Your download link will expire after one day.

**Watson Fothergill Walk

Digital Gift Vouchers;

  • Having filled out your recipients email address, once your order is complete they will receive an automated e-voucher with your name, message and gift voucher amount.
  • Your recipient will receive a 16 digital code to use online at check-out or in-store.
  • When using in-store, the Debbie Bryan team will request the 16 digital code is seen to credit against details online.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

Product returns

If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days to return the unused goods in original condition in exchange for an alternative product or be issued a redeemable credit note.

If the product is damaged upon arrival or faulty, please notify us with proof of damage, we will exchange your purchase if eligible.

Postage and packaging fees are non-refundable.

Please note: earrings are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Product refunds

Debbie Bryan do not offer refunds on product. However, if the product is damaged upon delivery or faulty, please notify us with proof of damage, we will exchange your purchase if eligible.
