One of the larger designs, this detailed five-petal love heart flower is an unusual example and beautifully demonstrates the craftsmanship of the technical illustrator.
This drawing was salvaged from Fewkes Lace Embroidery Company, which was Established in 1910 and they are notably the designers and makers of Lady Diana Spencer's wedding dress.
